20Mn23AlV features extremely low magnetic permeability, excellent mechanical properties, and good processability. It can serve as a substitute for low-magnetic austenitic stainless steel in the production of non-magnetic components for transformers, generators, special smelting furnaces, and other equipment, effectively preventing radiation and ensuring safe operation. Its applications include:

1. Structural components for magnetic shielding and tensile plates for core limbs in oil tanks of large and medium-sized transformers;
2. Structural parts such as stator coil rings and protective rings in large and medium-sized generators;
3. High-voltage casing components and adjacent steel structures in high-voltage, high-current transmission
