51CrV4 — Fatigue-critical springs
Clutch diaphragm springs, torsion bars, and stabilizer blades—components that flex millions of times without sagging.

42CrMo4 — Strength under shock
Crankshafts, connecting rods, differential pinions, and high-load fasteners where strength and impact resistance must coexist.

16MnCr5 — Case-hardening workhorse
Gear sets, cam lobes, and injector pump parts demanding a “hard skin, tough core” profile.

S20C–S55C — Versatile carbon steels
Seat-track rails (S20C), steering yokes (S35C), parking-brake levers & sprockets (S45C/S55C).

C60 — Safety & suspension
Seat-belt locking pawls, safety buckles, and leaf-spring laminations that must hold shape during sudden loads.

65Mn — Elasticity + wear
